All orders are processed on the next business day after payment has been received. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working business day.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation and tracking details.

Domestic Shipping (South Africa)

All orders are shipped from Cape Town, South Africa.

Estimated delivery time within South Africa is 2–5 working days, depending on your location.

Please note that delivery times may vary slightly depending on courier schedules and regional accessibility.

International Shipping

Pure Air now ships internationally via FedEx Express.

Estimated delivery time for international orders is 4–6 business days from the date of shipment.

Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may apply in their country.

Shipping Delays

While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, Pure Air cannot be held responsible for delays caused by:
