Pure Air : Returns Policy

At Pure Air, your satisfaction is important to us. However, due to the nature of our products and for hygiene and safety reasons, we maintain a strict no-returns and no-refunds policy.

 


 

All Sales Are Final

Please note that all purchases made through Pure Air are final. We do not offer returns or refunds for reasons including (but not limited to):

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect flavor or variant selection

  • Unmet personal expectations

  • Minor aesthetic or packaging variations

 


 

Damaged or Faulty Items

We take product quality and delivery standards seriously. If your product arrives damaged or defective, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

To report a damaged or faulty item, please email us at:

Include the following:

  • Your full name and order number

  • A detailed description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the item and its original packaging

Once reviewed, we will assess the issue and may offer a replacement or credit at our discretion.

 


 

Incorrect Orders

If you believe you've received the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will work with you to correct the issue as quickly as possible.
